Ray brings more than 30 years of mortgage industry experience, with a background that includes loan origination, funding, operations, compliance, and legal oversight. He has held roles as a loan officer, funding manager, internal auditor, chief compliance officer, and general counsel.
His expertise spans TILA, RESPA, and Fair Lending, along with policy development, audit readiness, and operational strategy. Ray helps lenders align compliance with business goals, manage regulatory challenges, and improve internal workflows.

Cassie Ellis
With over 30 years of mortgage experience, Cassie has worked across a wide range of roles in operations, funding, loan delivery, and compliance. Her career includes leadership positions at lenders, credit unions, and mortgage banks, where she supported sales, managed closing teams, and built operational procedures.
Cassie has deep expertise in federal and state regulations, including experience with Fair Lending, loan delivery, and origination system transitions. At multiple institutions, she served as the go-to resource for interpreting new regulatory changes and integrating them into daily operations.

Jeanne Brown
Jeanne brings over 15 years of compliance experience in mortgage lending, risk management, and regulatory oversight. She has held leadership roles at credit unions and mortgage banks, including Chief Compliance Officer, VP of Risk Management, and Real Estate Lending Compliance Officer.
Her background covers real estate lending, credit risk, and mortgage servicing. She is skilled in audit response, program development, and helping lenders strengthen internal controls. Jeanne also holds the NAFCU Certified Risk Manager designation and a degree in Political Science from UCLA.

She has led training programs on loan origination and processing. Nichole is known for her attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to keep teams moving forward. Her experience spans residential lending, credit analysis, investor relations, and legal documentation.

Mary brings over 15 years of experience across mortgage lending, compliance, vendor management, and fintech.
