How are disclosures handled? Can the system identify late or inaccurate disclosures before loans close?
Does it support fair lending analysis? Can you run side-by-side comparisons across protected classes?
What guardrails are in place for TCPA, RESPA, and TILA? Does it prevent, rather than create, violations?
Who’s liable if it fails? Will the vendor stand behind its tool, or does responsibility land entirely on your institution?
